Accessibility

Komedia Bath aims to be accessible to all.

There is ramped, step-free access to the entrance, ticket desk, foyer, venue bar and main seating area, including handrails in the main Auditorium. There are fully accessible toilets on the ground floor, towards the back of the Auditorium. At Auditorium shows listed as “standing”, we are able to reserve wheelchair spaces and seating in a roped-off area on our raised mezzanine.

We advise wheelchair users to book in advance in order that we can reserve a suitable seating area for the party. Customers with disabilities of any kind are advised to inform us in advance in order that we can reserve appropriate seating for the party. While seating at the majority of our shows is listed as unreserved, we will always do our utmost to reserve appropriate seating to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

The balcony is only accessible via a wide staircase comprised of around 20 steps, with handrails on both sides. Balcony seating is tiered, and laid out in fixed rows of theatre-style, fold-down seats.

The bars have low level access for wheelchair users. We welcome all assistance dogs.

Customers who require the support of a carer are entitled to one free carer ticket with their purchased ticket. These tickets are available by phone 01225 489070 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-6pm) or in person at the Box Office in advance.

If you are a wheelchair user or have special access requirements and have booked tickets online, please call 01225 489070 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-6pm) to ensure we are able to make the necessary arrangements for you.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your booking, please do not hesitate to get in touch by emailing calling 01225 489070, or by emailing [email protected]. We will always aim to be accessible for all customers.
